ELIGIBILITY:
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Must pursue a credential in a pharmaceutical manufacturing-related field, including biotechnology or quality. Specifically, students must pursue a course of study at Ivy Tech Community College that leads to an eligible certificate or degree in Biotechnology, Industrial Technology, or Smart Manufacturing & Digital Integration.
- Must indicate you intend to work in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry after receiving your certificate or degree and that you will consider Lilly as a future employer after graduation.
- Must reside in one of the following Indiana counties: Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clinton, Grant, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Putman, Shelby, Tippecanoe, Tipton, and Rush.
SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT:
All tuition and assessed fees at Ivy Tech, including Ivy textbook fees, consumable fees, and certification exam fees (renewable scholarship for up to eight semesters).

HOW TO APPLY:
You must apply to Ivy Tech. After you are accepted, you will create an account in MyIvy where you will apply for the Lilly Scholars scholarship. If you're already an Ivy Tech student with a MyIvy account, you can go directly to applying.

DEADLINE:
There is no hard deadline since there is no deadline for admission to Ivy Tech. 8-week class sessions start throughout the year - in January, March, June, August, and October - and there is no hard deadline for applying for any of the start dates. If a student would like to enroll in Spring 2026 1st session the deadline is Thursday, 12/4/25.
